Masai Mara

Open grassland that runs to the horizon and the densest big-cat population in East Africa. From July the plains fill with the migration herds.

Amboseli

The Great Migration

A crossing begins with an hour of nothing. Thousands of animals mass on the bank, advance, retreat, and mass again. Then one commits, and the river disappears under hooves.

Crossings cannot be scheduled. Proximity can. Our migration itineraries are built around staying within thirty minutes of the river all day, every day.
